"Tradycyjne winiarstwo Kachetii" posiada obecnie: 7 sklepów i salonów z winami i napojami spirytusowymi, 3 winiarnie, 2 zakłady przetwórstwa wina i miodu, 3 restauracje, 2 hotele i 1 château (francuska nazwa wiejskiego domu najwyższej arystokracji i szlachty w ogóle, często z parkiem i winiarnią). Historia firmy sięga XIX wieku, kiedy to Antimoz Czchhaidze założył winiarnię w zachodniej gruzińskiej wiosce Askana w dystrykcie Guria. Sto lat później, w 2001 roku, prawnuk Antimoza, Zurab Czchhaidze, kontynuował tradycję zapoczątkowaną przez swojego pradziadka i założył firmę "Tradycyjne winiarstwo Kachetii".

After fermentation in the bottle, the wine is fermented for at least half a year, and at most 4 to 5 years. Sparkling wine is ready for sale after degumming. Ice wine is also produced in the Guramishvili’s Marani for which the drying or freezing method is used.
